GRAVE DANCE Press Release:
YOUNG AUTHOR GOES INTERNATIONAL--Not yet thirty, Carolinas author Kalayna Price will be releasing the second novel in her best selling Alex Craft series, Grave Dance, on July 5th 2011. But this young writer is not only looking forward to her books hitting shelves here in the USA, but also all over the world.
An urban fantasy mystery akin to popular TV shows True Blood and Supernatural, the Alex Craft novels feature a witch who speaks to the dead and is on personal terms with Death himself. In the second novel, Grave Dance, Alex is back to solving murders by raising the dead. When she is called in to consult on a case involving body parts washing up in a nature preserve, it becomes clear that someone very powerful wants to make sure the only thing she finds is a dead end—her own. With dark humor, a unique setting, thrilling pacing, and characters readers won't forget, this series is catching world-wide notice and is already scheduled to be translated into several languages.
A release party for Grave Dance will be held during a multi-author event at Barnes and Noble on Forest Drive in Columbia, SC on July 9th from 5 until 8pm. The event will also include NYT bestselling author Faith Hunter, adventure fantasy author Misty Massey, urban fantasy author John Hartness, and adventure fantasy author Rachel Aaron. Door prizes will be given away and the authors will hold two scheduled talks with a question and answer session.
